The Fowler Law Firm offices are at 919 Congress Avenue, one block south of the Texas Capitol. We are a forward thinking firm with a keen sense of family tradition in the practice of law. Our eighteen attorneys and nine support staff carry forward the tradition of excellence established in Austin by our predecessors, Judge Robert Lee Penn, I.D. Fowler and James Malcolm "Mac" Harris more than one hundred years ago. Our attorneys are experienced, and expert, in numerous areas of Texas law. While our attorneys are proud of their many successes in the courtroom, the true focus of this firm is assisting clients in avoiding costly legal mistakes and disputes through the concept of preventative law. However, when litigation becomes the only viable cause of action, we are able to provide top flight and experienced courtroom representation. Regularly published legal updates, on-site risk management training, and certified continuing education for professionals, in both the public and private sector, are some of the many ways the firm works to achieve this goal. The firm prides itself on its ability to provide legal services and training in each of the firm's practice areas in both English and Spanish. Our attorneys and support staff are committed to giving back to the community. For many years, they have contributed to a variety of education and community foundations.
