Kathryn loves working with small business owners!
Having worked as an in-house counsel for several companies (both large and small), Kathryn knows that sometimes the simplest solution is still the best solution. But also having worked at large law firms, she has the skills to implement a sophisticated solution when the situation calls for it.
Kathryn is licensed to practice law in both Texas and California, and her broad experience working at large law firms and as an in-house counsel makes her a very effective partner with any size business. Kathryn assists clients with all aspects of operating a business, including:
drafting and reviewing all contracts; handling entity formation and corporate governance; assisting with the sale or purchase of a business; real estate leasing; employment issues; and other miscellaneous business matters
Kathryn is happily married to a research astronomer and has two stepchildren in college. She is also a three-time Ironman finisher. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys running, swimming, yoga, reading, and acting as a live-in servant for her and her husband’s four cats.
