The Fowler Law Firm Continues Tradition of Hiring Attorneys with Strong Commitment to Community Service

AUSTIN, Texas – Jan. 2016 – The Fowler Law Firm is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Beyer has rejoined its award-winning team as an associate. Beyer previously worked at The Fowler Law Firm from 2009 to 2012.

“I felt that Laura Fowler’s passionate mission of service to others and the wonderful team at The Fowler Law Firm gave me the best opportunity to make a difference in the world through the practice of law,” explained Beyer.

Beyer focuses her practice mainly on Family Law, Probate and Estate planning. She also has experience in Real Estate Law, along with School and Administrative Law.

In addition to her success in the courtroom, Beyer is very active in the Austin community. She currently serves on the board of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association (TCWLA), supporting the organization in its efforts to raise funds for non-profit groups, scholarships and women’s causes. To honor her service, in 2014, TCWLA awarded Beyer with the President’s Award. Beyer is also involved with Hill Country Ride for AIDS, Mamma Jamma Ride for Breast Cancer and the Wounded Warrior Project. When she’s not busy volunteering or practicing law, she enjoys running, reading, bicycling and going on adventures with her two boys.

A San Antonio native, Beyer graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003 and immediately began working in the legal industry. She later attended St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio before becoming licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in 2009. While in law school, Beyer served as managing editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, where she published A Pragmatic Look at Mediation and Collaborative Law as an Alternative to Family Law Litigation.
